Nowadays, Will Smith is one of the most recognizable actors in Hollywood. You may remember him for his iconic roles in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Men in Black, I am Legend, Bad Boys, and more recently for his participation in the Disney live-action Aladdin but more recently, the American actor has revealed which one of the films he thinks is the worst and the reasons behind it.
When someone mentions Will Smith we bet that your first thought is one of the movies we previously mentioned, however, Jada Pinkett's husband reveals that his worst movie is one of those movies that you probably do not even remember.

The revelation came when Will participated in GQ's 'Actually Me' where celebs go on the internet undercover and reply to some of the questions that fans ask on different platforms. On Quora, someone asked, “In your opinion, what is the best and worst movie of Will Smith?”
The actor revealed that he could not decide between two different movies when trying to choose the best. “For the best, I think it’s a tie between the first Men in Black and Pursuit of Happyness. For different reasons, those are the two almost-perfect movies.”
And the opposite? According to Will, the outfit was the worst thing in this movie. “The worst? “I don’t know, Wild Wild West is a thorn in my side. To see myself in chaps… I don’t like it,” he added.
Wild Wild West was released back in 1999 and is cataloged as a steampunk western. Alongside Smith, Kevin Kline was his co-protagonist but also we watched Salma Hayek as the damsel in distress, Kenneth Branagh as the villain, Ted Levine, and M. Emmet Walsh,
The movie is not 'that' bad if you want to watch some light and silly story. As a side note we could mention that the 90s had the special characteristic of having their own music video (when the soundtrack of a film was equally important than the movie itself) Anyway, not even that saved it from being a total flop.
Now, if you want to make matters worse, it is widely known that Will Smith rejected to do The Matrix because he choose Wild Wild West instead, a decision that still haunts him around since in several interviews in the past he has declared that it was the biggest mistake of his life. Back in 2019, he declared that if he had the chance to travel in time he would go on set and say to himself "A--hole, why didn't you do The Matrix?" The Matrix franchise has three installments and a fourth one is around the corner while Wild Wild West, well, sorry not sorry but not everybody remembers it.
