Anna Kendrick, who played Jessica Stanley in the Twilight saga, did not have a lot of time on screen, however, that did not stop her from having an awful time while filming it

Love it or hate it, but you can't say you do not know which movie we are talking about. Back in 2008 Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson portrayed a fantasy romance on the screen where she was a human and he a vampire who lived through some centuries. Yes, we know it sounds cheesy AF but that's what it is.
Alongside Pattinson and Stewart, other known names were added to the mix. Nikki Reed, Taylor Lautner, Ashely Green, Billy Burke, Michael Sheen, and even Dakota Fanning. However, among the stars was someone who has declared that she wanted to murder the Twilight cast while filming, and that is Anna Kendrick who played Jessica Stanley. Anna Kendrick has starred in films like Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, 50/50, Trolls, and even earned a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress, for her role in Pitch Perfect and for Up In The Air. And despite she despises the Twilight saga (like most of the actors involved) he can't deny she was part of it
But, why Anna Kendrick had such thoughts? The actress revealed the story behind this in an interview with Vanity Fair, where she compares the experiences as a “hostage situation” and admitted that even landing the role of Jessica Stanley in its own came as “a shock” to her. I auditioned for Twilight because Katherine Harvick had seen me in a film at Sundance called Rocket Science,” Anna recalls in the video. “I really thought it was such a blow-off audition. I just thought, ‘well, I'll you know, do as well as I can so that the casting director thinks of me for other stuff. I actually saw my friend Mae Whitman at that audition and we were both like, ‘What are we doing here? We're obviously not going to be this like mean girl character.’”
She got the role and everyone headed to Portland to film the first movie. Anna Kendrick recalls this as being 'cold and miserable. (Even if you did not read the books, the whole story was placed in Forks, a little cold town with the characteristic that it is always raining, always cloudy, never sunny.) “I just remember my converse being completely soaked through and feeling like, you know, this is a really great group of people and I'm sure that we would be friends in a different time, but I want to murder everyone,” she recalled of the experience before adding that it was somehow also “bonding” in a very specific way. “There was like something about it that was like, you know, like you go through like some trauma event, like people who survive like a hostage situation. You're kind of bonded for life.” When New Moon production started, Anna was filming 'Up in The Air' which earned her first Academy Award nomination. The actress admits that the weather was not as intense and that they granted her permission to work in both movies. They rearranged a lot of scheduling stuff. It would have been a real d*ck move, but you know, legally they had the right to stop me from doing Up In the Air so shout out to those guys.”
