If you needed another reason to fall in love with this guy you will just have to watch this amazing video where he is showing off his musical skills. While not many people suspected his talents, the American actor Chris Evans demonstrated to the world that not only he is an actor but also he knows how to play the piano.
Showing off his muscular biceps because why not? Chris Evans shared to his more than 12 million fans and followers on social media a short clip where we can see him playing a cover of 'Purple Rain' by the late singer and legend Prince. "Purple Rain on a sunny day," Evans captioned the video. In the clip, we can see him quite calm wearing a white t-shirt and a blue cap
Fans could not comment on the clip since it was a story so the most sensible action was to flood Twitter and compliment his talents. Chris Evans playing Purple Rain on the piano is literally all I need in life.” Another gushed that he “signs missiles and can play purple rain on his piano, what a king.”
In case you do not know, Chris Evans, who is most known for his role as Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain American in several Marvel movies, or for his recent role in the drama film Knives Out, has revealed in the past that he plays the piano since he was a young lad.
As you well know the Insta stories only last 24 hours but bless him, the actor added the clip to a highlights folder where he has other piano performances like a song by Italian composer Fabrizio Paterlini, Lionel Richie's “Easy,” and a festive rendition of “Christmas Time is Here.”
While we have seen Chris Evans here and there, the actor revealed last year that he always takes some time in order to learn how to play his favorite music. Last year he revealed that he was learning one of his favorite songs by Fabrizio Paterlini. “Now I clearly understand when [someone] says ‘this made my day,’” Paterlini tweeted at the time. “The day ‘after’, I open my eyes with a heart full of gratitude: THANK YOU @ChrisEvans for listening and sharing my music, and THANK YOU guys for such a warm and overwhelming welcome in your awesome community, “I’ll never forget this!”
Surprisingly enough, Chris is not the only member of his family that has musical skills. n 2015, the actor’s brother Scott Evans shared a YouTube video of the duo performing James Taylor’s “Fire and Rain” “Chris and I messing around over Memorial Day weekend,” Scott captioned the video. “Unfortunately we had the giggles and couldn’t make it through the whole thing without laughing for here is just a tease... With some sung apologies to each other. :)”
