The American actress is living the life! Kate Hudson has shared on her social media account several snaps wearing a sweet two-piece pink and blue bikini resembling a "cotton candy sky," as Hudson put it. In the first picture, we can see the star with the bikini and a white skirt while the second picture is a mirror selfie and we can see her entire body and holding up her hair.
The swimsuit was designed by Sara Foster, a former reality star and daughter to music legend David Foster and his ex-wife, Rebecca Dyer. "My girl @sarafoster giving us some springtime cotton candy in a swimsuit collection!" Hudson wrote. "Love it Love you." Foster's company is named Summersalt. "I wanted to create swimwear for the whole family," Foster said of the collaboration in an Instagram post. "We did three options for women (bikini, more coverage one piece, and less coverage one piece). Their use of recycled fabric, packaging materials, and extensive sizing options put them ahead of their competitors at comparable prices. And as a side note, it was Sara Foster who introduced Danny Fujikawa to Hudson. Both have been in a long-term relationship since 2016.
Kate Hudson looks a perfect fit body and many Instagram users asked what her secret was or that she should share her diet because after having three kids, it is impossible to believe someone could look as good as her (and as some users exclaimed “She is a hot mama!”) The star revealed she served as an ambassador for WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and explained part of her diet. "I make beautiful meals that have no points, then I can indulge," she explained. "I'll do a whole day eating amazing Zero Point foods [like chicken and leafy greens], then I have wine and ice cream."
Of the WW program, Hudson added, "It was a smarter way to take the weight off because it stays off. I think the wonderful thing about what that is, is you can eat what you want, you just have to be conscious. It teaches you about food."
Even back in 2016, Kate Hudson revealed she is not a planner when talking about workouts. "When I exercise, I need to connect to myself and see how I'm feeling at the moment because my mood is constantly changing." Everything sounds so smoothly but in reality, the mom of three revealed she has had some struggles of course. "It's hard when you have babies," she said. "Everyone comes before you, and you have to find that time to just focus on yourself."
