Jennifer Aniston is one of the most astonishing actresses in Hollywood. She is beauty, she is grace, she looks perfect in every way! Because of this, it should not come as a surprise that eh actress is followed by many fans who inquire about her secrets, from her love life to what she eats and how many hours she sleeps.

In fact, it could be said that Jennifer Aniston is one of the classiest actresses having a low-key profile who despite not showing much skin, has maintained her status as a sexy star. But how come she stays in shape and stays so healthy?

Over the years a rumor about Jennifer Aniston eating the same salad while filming 'Friends' in order to maintain her figure sounded like something she would do since her discipline is well known. However, in an interview with Elle, she debunked the theory about the famous salad.

According to many, many TikTok videos, Jennifer Aniston ate the now-infamous salad every day for ten years. The fake salad is not actually bad and even there were fans who said that it tasted delicious so in case you are wondering, the Jennifer Aniston salad she did not eat includes cucumber, cooked bulgur wheat, parsley, mint, red onion, pistachios, chickpeas, lemon, olive oil, and crumbled feta.

You are free to try it, but Aniston said in the interview that that is not her salad. “Well, that salad, dare I debunk that? That’s not the salad that I had every day on Friends. I feel terrible because it’s literally taken off like crazy, and it looks like a delicious salad, by the way, but that’s not the one that I had on Friends.”

By the way, she added that she would never add too many chickpeas to it “It really does. I would never have that much chickpea in a salad, to be honest. Not good for the digestive tract.”}

Fortunately for the ones who want to follow her exact same steps, Jennifer Aniston's diet does include a salad and the ingredients sound as tasty as the fake one. In an interview with Shape, she declared that her salad included “shredded lettuce, chicken, egg whites, a couple of garbanzo beans, bacon, and a basic vinaigrette.”

When talking more specifically about her diet and nutrition, Jennifer Aniston admits that everything is about balance. . "Focus on really being good to yourself but also allow yourself the moments of indulgence,"

Now, if you want to start your day with something juicy, Aniston's diet will help you. "When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favorites," Aniston told Elle magazine. "I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that. Sometimes, I'll have a puffed millet cereal with a banana or I'll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end."

Plus, if you are wondering about her workout, she admitted to Elle that quarantine did not help much although she really loves doing Pilates.  "I kind of really fell out of working out," she says. "I usually would wake up, no matter what I was doing, and I would get at least 20 minutes in for a workout, and for whatever reason, my body was saying 'nope, this is not what your body wants.'"
