Zendaya is currently one of the most famous actresses in Hollywood after starting her acting career as a Disney child. Years later, we have seen her as the protagonist in HBO's Euphoria and as the love interest of Peter Parker a.k.a Spiderman in the Spiderman saga with her real-life boyfriend Tom Holland.
However, despite Zendaya having worked hard over the years she admitted in an interview that she has more relatable problems with us mere mortals admitting that she takes care of her mental health by going to therapy because she experiences anxiety for several important reasons.
In an interview with Vogue, Zendaya admitted that she goes to therapy because she stresses over her finances and how she manages her money but also tells the audience that there is nothing wrong with facing your problems with a little bit help.
"Yeah, of course, I go to therapy," Zendaya says while getting candid about the issue. . "I mean if anybody is able to possess the financial means to go to therapy, I would recommend they do that. I think it's a beautiful thing."
Zendaya also opens up about how it is important for everybody to have someone supporting you besides the people close to you, or your family. You know, there's nothing wrong with working on yourself and dealing with those things with someone who can help you, someone who can talk to you, who's not your mom or whatever. Who has no bias."
Zendaya's net worth is currently estimated at $15 million, not a small number if you ask, but the actress admits that she has certain ways to deal with the stress of wasting it because she often thinks she will not receive any more job offers.
The best example given by the actress is an inoffensive holiday she took in Greece but in order to not worry, she asked her assistant to pay with her credit card in order to not know how much money she was wasting. "The hope is to have a career where you can be in a position, financially, to just do things you want to do because you enjoy the work and not have to worry about the other things," she said
But I'm always like, 'I will always need to work,' " Zendaya added. "Because if I don't work then everything can be gone tomorrow."
This is not the first time Zendaya speaks about her anxiety. Back in 2020, she admitted that she feels anxious about he ¿r acting career and that's why she pushes herself. “I think a lot of it stems from the pressure I put on myself, wanting to do my best and not make a mistake. “I definitely don't have it under control yet," she told InStyle
