Every time Elizabeth Hurley appears in the news she causes a stir on her fans. The actress has been showing off a lot of skin on her social media and this time is no different since she gifted us with some pictures of her wearing a skimpy bikini.
Not that we are complaining of course. In fact, Elizabeth Hurley seems to know that we love all her bikini photos because she is not refraining and regularly post snaps having fun on the beach. Looking at her you will not believe she is 55 years old and her fans remarked this by complimenting her. "That photo must have been taken 20 years ago lol, incredible." "I want to age like Liz," commented another of her social media followers, while another asked: "How does she do it?"
"Hoo-ray, it’s a three-day weekend in Blighty ?" she captioned the picture where we can see her by the oceanside with a broad smile wearing a two-piece animal print bikini and sunglasses while she is jumping. The photo has reached over 100,000 reactions from her fans and almost 2,000 comments.
But no, Elizabeth Hurley has not found the fountain of youth, it is just that she has healthy habits. Elizabeth has declared that she wakes up at 7:30 and while she does yoga and Pilates, she starts her day doing squat-reps while brushing her teeth. Elizabeth says she keeps up the squats for "as long as it takes to brush my teeth in the morning." She repeats the same routine in the afternoon. Later, she strolls by the beach for 30 minutes with her dogs "just fast enough to get my heart rate up," Hurley revealed to Women's Health. We could say that Elizabeth exercises just by doing normal stuff since she declared she is not good for going to the gym but an interview revealed some shocking facts about her exercise routines. "I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active," she said. "I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening… cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do. So, I’m very active." (yes, you actually read chainsaw)
As for her diet, she shares two secrets. First, she starts her day with two mugs of warm water. "'It tastes fairly disgusting," she told Daily Mail UK. "But it's fantastic for your digestive system." And secondly, she grows up her own organic food. "Obviously that’s not possible for most people, but supporting local farmers wherever you live is a good thing," Elizabeth told The Cut. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives. When I’m at home in the country, I always try and eat food that’s grown locally. That goes for meats and vegetables."
