Daniel Craig who you will never forget as James Bond is opening about his life experiences and has revealed in a recent interview that he really prefers to go to gay bars instead of pubs because of a very relatable reason.

The 53-year-old actor revealed on the Lunch with Bruce podcast that he has been around gay bars since he has memory. “I’ve been going to gay bars for as long as I can remember,” the actor said added that the main reason is to avoid problems. “One of the reasons: because I don’t get into fights in gay bars that often.”

Nowadays, the actor seems quite easy-going but he admits that when younger he usually ended beaten. "The aggressive d–k-swinging in hetero bars, I just got very sick of as a kid because it was like, ‘I just don’t wanna end up being in a punch-up.’ And I did, that would happen quite a lot,” he admitted. But that was not all, Daniel also admits that gay bars are a very good place to go because everybody is always chill “You didn’t really sort of have to state your sexuality, It was OK .”

Daniel Craig has been married to Rachel Weisz since 2011 and always has been secure about his sexuality. In fact, just as 007, Daniel also admitted in the interview that when he was single, gay bars were a very good place to meet women who felt the same as him about an aggressive environment.

“It was a very safe place to be. And I could meet girls there ’cause there were a lot of girls who were there for exactly the same reason I was there. So I was, there was kind of, you know, there was an ulterior motive,” he said with a laugh.

Craig also recalled that one time back in 2010 when he was photographed hugging his long-time friend and podcast host Bruce Bozzi, and how everybody questioned his sexuality. “We’re tactile, we love each other. We give each other hugs, it’s OK,” Craig said. “We’re two fucking grown men. For me, it was one of those situations and the irony is, you know, we kind of got caught, I suppose, which was kind of weird because we were doing nothing fucking wrong.”

“What happened is we were having a nice night and I kind of was talking to you about my life when my life was changing and we got drunk and I was like, ‘Oh, let’s just go to a bar, come on, let’s fucking go out.’”

This is not the first time Daniel Craig send fans into a frenzy because of this kind of statement (and we honestly hope we continue doing so) Just a couple of weeks ago while promoting 'No Time To Die', the latest film of the James Bond franchise where we saw him for the last time as the secret spy, he revealed that he kissed all of his male co-stars and that most recently, he revealed he kissed Rami Malek.
