You might remember her for her movies, or probably because of her bikini pictures on social media, but one thing that everyone around can agree with is that Salma Hayek is not only a talented woman but also one of the most charming actresses in Hollywood.
Having said this, it is no wonder that she has also become one of the most loved actresses in the media. From Kim K saying that she was her role model when growing up to Fran Drescher deciding that she would have a little chat with her in a bathroom, everyone seems to be happier around the Mexican actress.
Could it be her Latin roots? Most likely and here we show you just a little glimpse of it. Don't believe it? The Mexican actress certainly has many talents, from taking care of wild pets (she has an owl) to telling the funniest stories every time she can. But on this occasion, a video resurfaced where Salma Hayek is showing off her best moves, making everyone around fall in love with her.
As we previously said, you might remember her for her movies, more specifically that famous scene in 'From Dusk Till Dawn' where she dances seductively with a snake around her shoulders. While the scene hypnotizes more than one, in this clip the Mexican shows the world that she is proud of her roots.
The clip was shared by her on social media back in 2018 but it has been around social media since then because who would want to miss the opportunity to watch Salma Hayek? Even better showing off her best moves and dancing salsa.
In the clip, we can see Salma Hayek dancing salsa and proving once and for all that Latinas have the best moves. While in the background we can hear a cover song by Yuri Buenaventura Ne Me Quitte Pa' we can see Salma wearing a beautiful blue dress and dancing around on the stage alongside the singer.
At some point, Salma grabs the mic and sings a bit but because the music is too loud we barely can hear her. At some point, the singer exclaims “Esta si baila salsa” which translates into “This one dances salsa”.
The video gathered more than 1 million views and we can bet that more than one fan watched this on a loop. “All Latin Goddesses have to shake what they got sometimes,” said one fan while another added, “This lady is ridiculously beautiful.”
It is well known that Salma Hayek is Mexican, while it is said that salsa was developed by Puerto Ricans and Cubans. In fact, it could be said that this song matches Salma in every single way because she is dancing to Latin music (her roots) while the lyrics are in French, a language she has learned thanks to her husband Henri Pinault.
