After the many scandals Marilyn Manson is facing, the American singer has turned himself in order to avoid more problems with justice. Born as Brian Hugh Warner, the rocker turned himself into Los Angeles Police Department after a deal he did with the Gilford Police department in New Hampshire.

If everyone was surprised by this, imagine everyone's shock when the 'Mobscene' star was released the same day and without bail. Just to be clear here, he did not turn himself because of those sex assault claims he has hanging on him but because of an incident he had with a videographer in 2019. According to a statement from Chief Anthony J. Bean Burpee of the Gilford Police Department, Manson turned himself in on July 2, this year.

"Mr. Warner was processed and released on personal recognizance bail with the conditions that: 1, He not commit a federal, state or local crime while on release; 2, He appear at all court proceedings as ordered; 3, He must advise the court in writing of all changes of addresses within 24-hours of doing so; 4, He have no contact with the alleged victim," the statement reads. "Mr. Warner has been given a court date to appear at the 4th Circuit Court, District Division in Laconia, NH."

Specifically, the incident involves Marilyn Manson who spitted and “shoot his snot” at a camerawoman. He was spitting everywhere and one time it got on her camera so she wiped it off and looked semi-irritated," one source told PEOPLE magazine when it happened "I think her final straw is he got on the floor, got within 2-3 feet of her and hacked a giant snot rocket at her, not the camera. She was pissed off and disgusted so she stormed off and he just laughed."

When this happened back in 2019, Manson's attorney revealed that the camerawoman was asking for $35.000 to cover the damages to her camera equipment. "It is no secret to anyone who has attended a Marilyn Manson concert that he likes to be provocative on stage, especially in front of a camera," the lawyer said in a statement. "This misdemeanor claim was pursued after we received a demand from a venue videographer for more than $35,000 after a small amount of spit came into contact with their arm. After we asked for evidence of any alleged damages, we never received a reply." He added, "This whole claim is ludicrous, but we remain committed to cooperating with authorities, as we have done throughout."

Marilyn Manson is also being investigated by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department over allegations of domestic violence. Allegations first came to light after abuse claims were made about Manson from Westworld star Evan Rachel Wood and four other women.
