Keanu Reeves Once Said Johnny Depp Was Better Looking Than Him
A comment made by Keanu Reeves has resurfaced where he bit only praises but declares that Johnny Depp is better looking than him

Few Hollywood stars can be named when talking about huge fanbases over the years, and obviously, Keanu Reeves and Johnny Depp are among the selected list. From 90s heartthrobs to legendary actors, both Hollywood stars remain as the fan-favorites when talking about movies and charisma.
Nevertheless, despite them not working together, now that the defamation trial against Amber Heard is in everyone's thoughts, fans have started wondering what other Hollywood stars think of Johnny Depp. Long story short, a resurfaced comment made by Keanu Reeves about the Pirates of the Caribbean actor making everyone swoon because no one knows if they should agree or not.

In an interview with Smash Hits back in 1991 Keanu Reeves declared that Johnny Depp was better looking than him. A hard statement to make since both have stolen the fans' hearts over years. However, the Matrix star also complimented the other actor for his acting career
“Johnny Depp had another world happen to him – he got locked into that television series (21 Jump Street), and television is seen by more people than I’ll ever dream of. And Johnny Depp’s better looking than me,” Reeves said.
21 Jump Street is a Police series that aired from 1987 to 1991. Depp played an undercover police officer, Officer Thomas "Tom" Hanson.
On the opposite side, It is not known if Johnny Depp has ever talked about Keanu Reeves, but among other times they have crossed times was when Depp became the first choice for the Wachowskis to become Neo in The Matrix.
Other coincidences come can be named, such as 1991’s Point Break and 1994’s Speed, since Depp turned these movies down and Keanu starred as the protagonist. Plus, Francis Ford Coppola’ wanted Depp to be Jonathan Harker in Dracula, but again, Reeves was the one chosen.
As incredible as it sounds, both actors have never starred in a movie together but as strange as it sounds, their paths have crossed in more than time. The most obvious is that while Depp had a relationship with Winona Ryder, years later Keanu and the actress starred together and apparently married in a real ceremony without them knowing until decades later.
“We did a whole take of a marriage ceremony with real priests. Winona says we are. Coppola says we are. So I guess we’re married under the eyes of God.” said Keanu in an interview with Empire.
