The defamation trial against Amber Heard has finally come to an end (for now) making not only Johnny Depp the unquestionable winner this time, but his lawyers have reached a celebrity status that no one saw coming, probably not even themselves.
After the trial ended in Johnny Depp's favor the best was yet to come for Camille Vasquez, the actor's lawyer who won everyone's hearts on social media for defending him in full force. Not only she won the love of his fans but professionally speaking, a new path is beneath her since the law firm where she works has promoted her by naming her a partner.

But Camille’s performance during the Johnny Depp trial proved to the world that she was ready to take this next step now. We are incredibly proud of her and look forward to what she will accomplish as our newest partner.”
According to the announcement, Camille Vasquez was more than happy about this new development in her professional life. “I am delighted that Brown Rudnick has given me its full vote of confidence by having me join the partnership. While it appears that Johnny Depp's attorney has been enjoying her achievements, she has declared in an interview with Good Morning America that the attention she has been receiving has made her a bit stressed. “But if I can be an inspiration to young women that want to go to law school and study and work hard, then it was all worth it,” she said.
This comes after The Post revealed that Camille Vasquez was receiving a lot of new job offers since she demonstrated to be well prepared in her line of work. “Talent agents are circling Camille because they recognize that she is the unicorn — a smart, savvy, poised attorney whose impactful performance during the trial propelled her to a rare level of visibility,” a source said. “And the fact that she is a woman of color is an added bonus.”
