Sex on TV is definitely no longer new territory for Demi Lovato; the “Skyscraper” singer got a little bit playful with their co-star on the set of an upcoming NBC series titled 'Hungry.' Even though it may seem like an adventurous endeavor for them filming their very first sex scene on television, the 'Barney and Friends' alum, who identifies as a non-binary person, reflected on this milestone and made a reveleation. Not only in the form of a very sexy selfie on Instagram, but they also went on to take the opportunity and discussed some heavy topics such as the anxiety they faced over the situation.

“Had to film a sex scene today. Mi first one! I hade a little anxiety going into it but the cast and crew were so professional and easy to work with, it calmed me down immediately.” Even though filming this scene triggered a somewhat unpleasant feeling for Demi, it's certainly a positive thing that the pop star ultimately felt comfortable and confident to shoot the sexy scene; especially when they have struggled in the past with body image issues and they have recovered from an eating disorder. Definitely a huge accomplishment.

Demi Lovato continued narrating her experience when she said, “then, I thought about how proud I am for being able to feel comfortable enough in my skin to do that. I rarely ever showed my arms before.. no I'm in this!! (Granted, it barely shows anything BUT STILL).” Definitely a very racy picture for her social media, which doesn't usually exhibits this kind of content.

The singer and actor went on to conclude her message with the following: “I don't always feel good in my skin, so when I do, AND I feel sexy enough to post – I do just that! It's important to celebrate the little wins. Yay for this random burst of body confidence and yay for awkward hilarious sex.” Definitely something they can celebrate, and at the same time amuse themselves with.

The story behind Hungry, according to some outlets, is a TV Show that will follow a group of friends who belong to a food-issues group helping one another as they look for love, success and the perfect thing in the fridge that's going to make it all better. Based on the premise, it seems like Demi could have ultimately decided to take this part, to experience some kind of catharsis; especially as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder.

In Hungry, Valerie Bertinelli will play the role of Teddy's momma and bestie. Also, according to Deadline, the actress will be an “emotional mess of a woman”; normally this could build some comedy around it, but if we can recall Valerie recently suffered a meltdown on Insta, after being the victim of body-shaming.
