Since it was announced that Jamie Spears was being suspended from being the conservator of the estate of Britney Spears, all her fans and friends are happy for her new freedom. Despite the conservatorship is still active, the removal of her dad has made half the world happy.
Among those who have spoken in support is no other than Britney's ex Kevin Federline who is the father of her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. While Federline has not spoken a lot about the American singer, he declared via his lawyer Vincent Kaplan that he is really happy for his ex, and after Jamie Spears removal he thinks that their sons "should be able to benefit from the removal of stress from her life so that they have their mom at her best."
Kevin Federline and Britney Spears were married for three years from 2004 to 2007, however, Jayden and Sean live with their dad and sometimes visit their mom. This arrangement was because back in 2019 Jamie was allegedly involved in an altercation with Sean Preston and since then a restraining order was put in place to prevent him from seeing the boys.
Federline's lawyer did not comment on Britney and Kevin's arrangement for their sons, but what he commented is that if Britney wants to see them, she is able to do so. "Obviously we don't know whether the conservatorship will be continued, but as long as the boys are properly supervised and safe, and Britney is able to do that without the presence of a conservator, he's happy."
Earlier this year Kaplan also delivered another message from Kevin Federline and explained that The best thing would be for their mom to be healthy and happy, And if either of those things aren’t true, it doesn’t provide for the best setting for custody to be exercised.”
According to Kaplan, Kevin really respects Britney as the mother of his kids and really wishes the best to her because what's best for her is also the best for Jayden and Sean. “The kids love their mother and he wants there to be a healthy and strong relationship.” He continued explaining that if she is strong and healthy “and wants to be in control of her own life, and can do that in a reasonable, responsible fashion, then more power to her.”
While the conservatorship has not ended, the next hearing will be in November and there it will be determined if the conservatorship goes on or finally comes to an end. Apparently, Mathew Rosengart, Britney's lawyer will be working hard to find Jamie Spears guilty of everything he has done.
