The defamation trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard continues and new revelations are being made. This time, the actress's personal nurse is the one testifying and unveiling new secrets of the famous ex-couple.
Erin Falati, who was a private nurse for Amber Heard, testified that she received pictures of the actress with red marks on her face the night the couple had their last fight, which led to their divorce. A week later after filing the documents she asked for a restraining order.
However, while giving her testimony, Erin Falati's notes were also read out loud revealing that Amber Heard was addicted to cocaine and liquor. "Heard does not smoke but reports she drinks '1-3 glasses of red wine a day,'" the notes stated adding “Familial history of substance abuse, both mother and father have abused and become dependent on stimulants.”
The notes also detailed that Amber Heard "reports history of substance abuse including an addiction to cocaine and liquor." and if that was not enough “Client admits to a history of anxiety, eating disorder, Attention Deficit Disorder, bipolar disorder, codependence issues, and occasional insomnia.”
Among other things, the nurse also added that Amber Heard identified as bisexual and was married to a female before her relationship with Johnny Depp.
The notes add that Heard had been “experiencing increased agitation recently and has had several outbursts of anger and rage. Her mood has been labile.”
Erin Falati is not the only one testifying that Amber Heard was a drug addict. Johnny Depp himself declared in court that his ex-wife was “fond” of MDMA and magic mushrooms and claimed he saw her take the former nearly 20 times during their relationship.
While Amber Heard's lawyers have always accused Depp of drug abuse, it appears that karma is coming back at them since Depp also revealed that during their wedding there was “dinner, dancing and drugs” revealing that several guests in attendance took drugs, especially MDMA, Amber Heard's favorite choice. “All of her gang were all partaking in the MDMA,” he said.
Johnny Depp also admitted that his consumption of drugs was true, but not MDMA calling it a waste on him. “To be honest with you, I don't know how much MDMA they had but for me, that was – for me to have taken MDMA would have been a waste of the drug if you understand what I mean. It would have been essentially taking someone else's high because it wouldn't have an effect on me.”
